Can here buzzing noise when moving mouse or using keyboard

I bought this new pc an acer aspire G3 - 605 Gaming PC from PC world only had it for 2 months and it started making a buzzing sound whenever I use the mouse or keyboard and I can here it when listening/watching media or playing games. It's fine when I'm not using them but still doing those stuff. It also goes away for a while if I plug the mouse into a different usb slot, as it really is mainly the mouse and I have tried other mice still same result. I would like some help please and if possible an answer put in simple terms.

Is the noise coming from the mouse or from the pc? If you have tried different mouse and the sound is coming from the pc, you can send it back for warranty as buzzing, high pitch, any unwanted sound can lead to faulty hardware. Contact PC world for warranty procedure
