Hi, I was wondering if this is a good build for recording, editing, and recording. I do not know if I will overclock or not but this is the build.

(Might add 4 more GB of ram)
If you have suggestions, make sure that the budget is around $1000 (CAD). Back and fourth a little is ok! Thanks!
EndFlame (YT Minecraft)
And remeber that this build is for the summer of 2015 (July-ish)

*Sigh*... It's bad. It's a squished $1000 USD build, and you can get a GTX 970 for that price. Since you're flexing the price, lemme make a new build:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1230 V3 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor ($324.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($86.98 @ NCIX)
Memory: Kingston Fury Red Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($84.99 @ NCIX)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($63.98 @ DirectCanada)
Video Card: ATI FirePro W5000 2GB Video Card ($531.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Case: NZXT S340 (Black) ATX...
Nope. This is expensive, plus the PSU is of improper quality for the price. And if you're looking for a $1000 CAD build, this is too overpriced. And it's not good for editing, only gaming.

Wait, I know the price for this is about $1230 but I think this is a pretty good PC. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/p/kvJ3Mp

This is a better editing build, but the GPU isn't designed for gaming. It's roughly a R7 250-260X, which is bad at this price segment for gaming but good for editing. Further upgrades would definitely be C612 and W7100.
