When I log in with my password to my computer a blue scree. Shows up with vertical lines.. it is NOT BSOD because it doesn't say anything and if I leave it doesn't restart... My brother said he messed with some wires a d it just went blue. I Can go into safe mode in all forms and have already system restored and uninstalled all programs for the last 3 months. No virus or malware so far. Plead help

It sounds like maybe your graphics card is having issues, or someone may have changed your texture/color settings. Look at your graphics and reset everything to default to see if it fixes the problem. Check for any/all updates at the manufacturer site and install and apply them.
