(Last but not Least) Good Case and CPU Cooler for my Build?

I'm awful with these things, and after noticing my new cpu (i7 4790k) is staying around 80c while playing FF14 at a 4.4 clock speed, I decided I should probably get a new case and cpu cooler.

Note that currently I am using the original Rosewill Challenger (not the new S version) and a Hyper 212 EVO for my cooler, still have the original fans in my case and I have my cables as managed as they possibly can be.

Any recommendations for a new case/cooler? Looking for a $200 budget at max.

Intel i7 4790k CPU

16 GB Corsair Vengeance RAM

2x EVGA GTX 970 FTW ACX 2.0 4GB (SLI)

You think the bad airflow in the case is the cause of the very high temp? I want to be able to overclock the cpu a little more seeing as I mostly play MMOs and Battlefield and I'm worried that the temp is gunna get too high with the hyper 212

With the i7 4690k running at 4.4 Ghz, it's reasonable to see the CM 212 EVO perform as it is. Remember it is a cheap cpu cooler.
If you want your cpu to be cooler, get a better cpu cooler.

Also in the BIOS, finetune your cpu voltage. If you left it as default, it is most likely giving extra voltage then needed which increase temperature.

Case... that is a very subjective thing. I myself like Corsairs alot. A 500R should hit the spot for what you need.
Cooler: it's simple for me here. NH-D15 if you can stretch, if not any of the following NH-D14, Phanteks 14PE, Silver Arrow, based on what you like, what you can find and what better fits your budget. I dont like AIO's, I'm old and dont trust them.... either air or custom water.

I found out my issue was both fan speed and that I took the fan off of the hyper 212. I upped my fan speed to around 70% when reaching 40c and I re-attached the stock fan with the hyper 212 and i'm now staying around 60c at 4.5-4.6 clock speed.

The reason I removed the fan if anyone is wondering why I'm stupid is because with my case, there are now two fans blowing air at each other
