Looking to play popular games of yesteryear and new, upcoming releases (The Witcher 3, being one of them). Mainly just looking to be able to play any game I want at full resolution and at max settings without issue (MMOs included. Probably some FPS' as well but would likely be a minority).

And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading:
My current PC is 6-7 years old so it's time for a replacement.

I'm guessing you want an opinion then. Your video card is fine, more than capable of running games at max settings with decent fps. Your mobo is fine and is a very nice one, good at overclocking. Memory is fine, enough for gaming. PSU is fine as well if planning to run either GTX 970/980 (your choice). Overall a very nice build, imo. I do apologize for sending you an entire build even though that is not what you are looking for.
