High CPU usage when moving mouse with windows 8.1

I have a laptop with windows 8.1, an Intel I5-4210U CPU, and a Logitech G100s mouse. Today after installing the windows update, moving my mouse causes the system interrupts process to jump from >1 up to 25%. This jump is causing lag when listening to music, browsing the internet and sometimes with only background programs running.

I have tried using the touch pad on my computer and that is working perfectly fine, however when I tried a Logitech M325 I had the lag.

I have tried restarting my computer, updating and re-installing the drivers for the mice, and unplugging the mouse and plugging it back in. Unplugging the mouse will work for about 10 minutes than the issue starts again.

I have run out of ideas on what to try, anyone else having this issue and know if it is Logitech, windows or something entirely different?

I am having the exact same issues on my 8.1 laptop. Since the update I can barely use my Razer Deathadder. I have tried recovering windows and update all the drivers I could possibly think of, but no succes. Been looking for a sollution for the past few days.

I thought it was a problem from Razer's side, but I have tried another mouse and had the same problems.
