Hi guys my system is as follows:

Asus Sabretooth Z87
Gtx 970 Hof
12gb ddr3 1600mhz
Noctua NH D14
Gigabyte 720w psu

I'm getting 4.4ghz @ 1.195v and temps idle are 26C; maximum load on intelburnin 75C.
I've tried getting 4.5ghz at different voltages(1.20-1.275), but no matter what it crashes on the load test everytime giving me BSOD. Is there a way to acheive 4.5ghz stable? Should I try even higher voltages? I don't really want to exceed 80-85C under full load.

Forget IBT. Run Prime95 v26.6. IBT is probably running AVX on the chip which doesn't allow accurate stability or thermal testing. You need a steady state test. Run Small FFT using 26.6. 10 minutes for thermal limit, 15-24hrs for absolute stability. One hour should tell you if it has at least basic stability.
