Hey,
Your PC is fully optimized for complete gaming, therefore I would suspect that there is nothing wrong with your PC in general. One thing though, how much RAM do you have? You didn't state on your spec sheet.

I'm guessing that it's the problem a lot of people have been having with Watch Dogs; it's a poorly optimized game. Meaning when developers released it, it tends to lag even with the greatest of systems. I know people with i7's and Titans in their systems and they still get lag spikes.

I believe one fix is to go to the main screen, and change one setting under "Display" and "Texture Resolution", changing the Texture Resolution for some people has helped with the overall lag from the game.

They really need to patch the game or...

They really need to patch the game or something, it's outrageous.

Hope this helps,

I'd recommend testing with a different graphic hungry game such as FC4 or Shadows of Mordor. try them on max@1080p(VS off, not sure about AA) , if it still lags then it could be a issue. Check the GPU , CPU temps and the CPU, Ram usage while playing and in idle conditions.

Sometimes, turning down the quality of the game itself doesn't even help.

Well if the game was running when you took that calculation (90% RAM), then it makes sense because Watch Dogs is a demanding game.

Have you tried lowering texture qualities?

When do you get lag? Throughout the game, or doing something specific?

There can be weird spikes where your computer does end up eating lots of RAM (chrome is an example), so it might have been normal.

When you're playing a demanding game, try to limit yourself to just that game, therefore have no background applications running, as it might improve performance.
