Need some help completing and gathering information for a build i am planning. Want to have best comps that will fit in my price range.

CPU i will be wanting is: i7-4790k
Video Card: GTX 970

I need help on everything else, i will also probably add a SSD. Is it possible to have these things and complete the build on this budget? without sacrificing performance with lesser accompanying components...
(I basically want to either go full out with $1200-1300 Build. Or Try to build the best possible PC to play msft FSX, Minecraftm sims city etc.. as well as stream for 800-850 and use other $$ for misc.)

thanks for any and all help.

Dont see a motherboard in there.

Looks good with one small thing, as I've told you before, you should be good with just 2x4GB of ram, unless you will run a VM or heavy photo/video editing and you wont see a difference in 1600mhz vs 2400Mhz except in benchmarks. Other than that, you're good to go!

A 4790k is useless in gaming since games do not use hyperthreading. Get a 4690k with a good cooler and OC-it to 4.6Ghz, put the extra cash in something useful.
Also 16GB of ram is also useless in gaming since you wont use more than 6GB of ram in any games that are out now, put the extra cash in something useful. Get 1333-1600 memory, above that you will see absolutely no improvements in games.
Dont get a monstrous 800w PSU, a 620-650w is fine, save there.
Put the extra cash into a better GPU or a bigger SSD.

My 2 cents :)

AsRock Extreme 4 has great conectivity and solid build, also comes with preset OC mods for 4690k up to 4,6Ghz with the latest BIOS (just need to tweak the voltages a bit lower after that) and the price is nice.
Atm regarding PSU's I think the M12II EVO is pretty awesome, both in looks and price, while keeping a very strong quality on electronics. Black cables and modular with help you keep a clean build with good looks and good airflow.
