am using my old pc dell optilplex 380 its specs
e8500 @ 3.16 4gb ddr3 ram with gt630
but now am want to play more games modern games but am on tight budget
so my budget meets mobo gigabyte b85 or i3 4130 with 6gb of ddr3 ram
400watts psu caesing optic drive etc
later am want to buy gtx750 2gb gigbyte
so that upgrade really worth?? from e8500 to i3 4130 with gtx 750 can increase gaming performance or can i play gta v when release???

Solution
I made the same jump from an old hp small form factor PC (c2d e8500 and low profile 6570 hd) to an (i3 4130 and r9 280/7950 HD with an biostar b85 motherboard with 6gb of ram lol )

Trust me you will see a BIG difference in gaming. I feel so ancient when I go back to my old PC. Longer boot times,I remember when I tried to play MK9 it was always lagging at certain parts now I can max it easily. Don't be afraid to buy used gear. I was going to purchase an 750 ti for 140$ but I saw an gigabyte 7950 hd on ebay for the same price. Gigabyte, Asus and MSI all have transferable warranties on their gpu's so if your going to buy a used gpu keep those brands in mind. But if you still insist on buying new gear the i3 and gtx 750 go perfect...

i3 will be fine but with gtx 750 you will get good fps at 720p but on 1080p you will need to lower settings to low or medium. If you can get r7 265 or r9 270 OR if you dont mine getting second hand GPU you can get AMD cards realy cheap. One last thing dont mix RAM if you have 4gb on one stick try to get another 4 with same CL and Mhz and Voltage so they dont cause you problems and random crashes or sometimes system wont even boot cuz of them.

But if you still insist on buying new gear the i3 and gtx 750 go perfect together in some modern games here's COD:AW ( https://youtu.be/6hdFO3wU510 ).But on some titles you may have to kick some settings to low or medium or lower the resolution. People may say you need 8gb of ram for gaming but with all the games I played I never went past 5.4gb of ram usage......

Now for GTA 5, your i3 and gtx 750 both pass the PC requirements so your good to go there, the game isn't released yet so take my answer on that with a grain of salt. Though with the recent delays to the PC version of GTA 5, it should be well optimized :D

Last but not least stay away from amd cpus you will be basically stuck with low performance if you plan on upgrading within the next few years. With Intel you can buy a low tier celeron haswell cpu and still be able to upgrade to an i3 i5 i7 without replacing your motherboard.

LGA 1150 is newer and current socket better one. i3 is fine for now and also you will have chance to upgrade in future to i5 if needed since your PSU is low quality one best GPU you can get is GTX 750 Ti( 1080p gaming ) and it stronger than GTX 750 ( 720p gaming ).GA-B85M-HD3 is fine for i3 and any i5 out there.

It is 1150 socket and it does support i7.But i7 is just waste of money if your main task is gaming since 99% of games dont use Hyper Threading that i7 has,it is just quad core cpu with Hyper Threading to make data flow faster to real cores and process then faster. In games you wont see any difference.

No problem, since your going to buy an entry level gpu I'd say go for the nvidia gtx 750. Unless your willing to wait a few months until amd release their new line of gpu's

I don't want to say nvidia has more optimized games amd, but when it comes to features like physX, shadow play, txaa, fur etc nvidia definitely wins. What games are you planning on playing? Also are you buying the parts online or at your local store? Because If you are buying it online I might can price a simalar amd gpu for you.

The gtx 750 is better than the ps3 so that's out the question. Now the PS4 might be a good choice if you don't plan on upgrading your rig for a few years. But in the long run the PS4 will be more expensive than your pc because of the cost of ps plus, rarely any deals on games, way less game library than pc, if any thing goes wrong with the ps4 it will be expensive to have it get fix. So I say keep the PC.

here in my country its best to purchase from local store or am want playing games mostly racing sports or like gta iv or v or watch dogs or sleeping dogs or grid nfs rival battlefield 4 or much more but my favorite is racing or open world games like gta

GTX 750
GTX 750 ti
R7 260x
R9 270

All of these would be fine for budget gaming, but the AMD cards need a bit more power to run
