I'm planning to build a PC for gaming. My budget is 5000 AED which is approximately $1360. Here's my build so far.

So what do you guys think? Should I go ahead with it?
Is the motherboard fine for this build? I don't plan to overclock or anything.
And is it ok to get a Windows OEM? I'm planning to get an external optical drive to install it. That's fine, right? I'm trying to save a bit of money since I'm already ~200 AED over budget so I'd rather not pay more for a full Windows.
