Fans and computer turn on no display

My computer I just built turns on and fans spin but no display and no beeps. I have tried all trouble shooting steps and everything is plugged in right except for my hard drive which I have not installed yet. Alot of people that seem to have the same problem say it's because my bios must be upgrade any suggestions help. Specs- athlon x4 860k mobo- a58me evga 430watt- 8gb crucial ram GTX 650 2gb

The Asus A58M-E board supports the X4 860K since BIOS version 0801. If your BIOS version is earlier than that, you'll need to temporarily install a supported CPU in order to update it. BIOS updates are here: http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/A58ME/HelpDesk_CPU/
