So recently my Mobo got damaged and so I purchased both a new mobo and cpu

Motherboard: Gigabyte H97 D3h
CPU: i3 4160
GPU: Radeon 7970
RAM 2x4gb 1600 mhz

So everything seems to work fine with the new Mobo and cpu until it gets past the first step of installation, the PC restarts then it goes onto the final step of 'completing installation' or so and suddently blue screens and restarts, from then on it asks me to reinstall windows 7 and start again.

I have wiped my HD of previous data including windows 7
I have swapped my Ram into different slots, same with my GPU
I have tried numerous times checking all wires a not loose.

Anything you guys can help me with? I'm not too experienced so maybe something in the BIOS? i'm at a loss.

thanks

Fix was had to disable drivers form updating during final installation

I believe it is corsair branded ram, at work currently.
The PSU is a Antec 650w

Mind you I took this computer in to a repair shop when the motherboard was broken to see if they could fix if they did anything shady. These parts that have not been replaced have been in use (until motherboard broke) for 4-5 years, except for the GPU.
