I'm having a trouble deleting hard drive image file
It says unable to delete file is open
I'm using Windows 8 pro 64 bit version

Since the file appears to be open you can either close the application that might be holding that file or if you restart into safe mode you can delete it that way since rebooting will release anything being held.
