Pc won't boot after saving OC changes

Everytime I try to overclock cpu speed my Pc won't boot after saving changes and exitin. I'm forced to shut it down. Only thing I can do is disable cores/change voltage. I also tried using amd overdrive but my screen turns black only showing my cursor. Anything that was running like youtube can still be heard.

Then you are being too aggressive with your Overclock, your temps are too high or you are unlucky enough to get parts that are not overclock-able.

My advice is to be happy with what you have and start saving for what you want, Overclocking is a very hit and miss affair, the only way to be sure is by running at stock settings.
