will that delete or damage or slow my windows 8.1 ?
also I read that if you Dual boot and do a full aniti virus scan
it well destroy your system files ?

As long as you do it right, it is perfectly safe. I have a laptop right here, dualbooting Win 7 & 10.
And no, a virus scan will not destroy your system files.
