Already have the ssd case psu optical and cpu on hand. Budget is $750-800. Not looking to OC at all.

First off, I'd recommend switching that PSU for an XFX 550W. They're very similar price, but the XFX is definitely superior quality. It will last you longer and risk the components less.

As for the GPU, it depends more on budget than anything. Assuming about $200, you can look into a 280X, since they often go down to that price range, or other wise a 960 or go down to a 280 with the same power as the 960 for about $180.
