i7 is not really needed here, also a slightly older model you have there.

Z97 board is not necessary for a locked processor.

Powersupply is extreme overkill. Total system wattage here is about 250W.

You don't need expensive cooling on a locked processor.

What is your overall budget and purpose for the build?

well uhmm buget is not really a problem what so ever
purpose is that i need a gaming computer that can run flawlessly even if i stream, play, youtube while streaming, open other tabs all at the same time. My curren computer cant handle it. Thats why i'm trying to build a new and better one

It's a pretty overkill machine :p But it should run pretty much anything you need. It has an enthusiast class CPU with 6 cores, so editing and streaming will not be an issue, and with 16GB of RAM multi-tasking should be good. With dual 970's you'll get pretty good performance in practically every game, too.
