I have a connection problem of my Iomega ZIP100 USB Drive and Window XP system.
Upon connecting the ZIP drive to XP OS in virtual machine in Mac, the computer apparently cannot detect the drive despite the driver has been installed. I have tried to diagnose the problem by running the disk and device management tools (diskmgmt.msc & devmgmt.msc) but the computer detected nothing. I also plugged the drive to a Window 7 PC and checked with another USB cable but the computer still detected nothing. The drive should be working well, with its light flashing upon connected to power source. Does anybody have an idea about what's going on with my drive?

Do you know any way that I can retrieve the data from the ZIP discs then?
