Speakers doing a strange noise for a sec when turning off my pc

Hey guys...i recenlty bought new hardware but i kept my old speakers which are logitech...so i am getting a strange noise coming from my speakers when i turn offf my pc...and its just for a sec like chhhhhhhhhhh....any ideas?could this harm my pc???

You don't have to turn them off. Just be sure they aren't cranked up, as loud static can blow speakers.

As far as your mouse, that's normal. A lot of motherboards still supply power through various ports, even when the PC is off.

should i turn my speakers off before i turn off my pc???and something else..when my pc is off,my mouse is still blinking the led colours...why is that?
