I just upgraded frm windows 7 to windows 8.1 .
In Win7, everything was working as it was supposed to, graphics card was completely fine.
However, in Win8.1, my AMD Radeon 5470 HD isn't working, but instead I have a Microsoft basic display adapter.
Since that is bullcrap, my windows lags, I cant watch videos, games lag and its basically iritating as hell.
I tried uninstalling the basic adapter, but it keeps coming back no matter what I do.
This is really starting to piss me off, please help me find a fix soon.
