Hi Everyone,
I'm having serious issues with my computers, and have been doing trial and error for over a month on and off..
Whenever i play certain games, after about 10-15 minutes my computer shuts down. Every single time.
My Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8150 8-Core Black Edition Processor Socket AM3+

I'm pretty desperate.. I replaced my PSU with an 750w psu to test, I replaced the Ram to test, I replaced the video card to test, and hell I've wiped my computer and the problem persisted.
I don't think it's a 'heat problem' or at least any heat scanner I've checked it with says the cpu gets around 75c max, and the graphics card about the same..
My lamens estimate would be either the motherboard is bad, the cpu is bad, or the cpu doesn't have enough thermal paste on it (I remember messing with my cpu earlier)
The games the computer doesn't work on is:
Guild Wars 2
Civ V
Xcom (with long war mod)
Total War: Rome II
The games the computer seems to work on:
Mount and Blade: Warband
Banished
Faster Than Light
Don't Starve
Just about every indie game out there, low graphics
Any suggestions, or anything would be greatly appreciated! Let me know if you need any other info.
