I currently have a rig I use for gaming and I don't run into many problems. However today my computer just blacked out on me. still had SOME audio but no visual. So I restarted it and the computer powers up but it won't boot any video at all. Also lately for some reason when it is shut down it powers down as normal but the fans and lights continue to run and I'm not sure why.

*Edit* I forgot I didn't change the Graphics card out. Substitute that R9 for a Radeon 7700 series 1gb
I did not build this, it was purchased this way. If you have any ideas about the above problems OR recommendations on upgrades just let me know. Thanks in advanced.
