I built my first PC today, doesn't have an OS installed,it will bot,run for a few seconds, making normal computer booty-uping sounds (you know, hard drive and stuff) and then shutting down, making clicking sounds
Pc specs
750W corsair PSU
Intel I-7 4790-k
GTX 970 Zotac
2x8GB 2400MHz Ram Corsair
4TB Seagate Hard drive
MSI Gaming 7 Motherboard
Fractal Design R4 case
From what I've watched up from other articles it is probably the motherboard

No sure if this will help but I had a build do that once and the issue was I did not have the RAM fully seated. Try removing the RAM and put it back in making sure it is all the way in.

ok finally got that figured out last week, one of the pins we're bent, thankfully i got away easily,DIM 1 and 2 are inoperable and if i have RAM plugged into those slots the system shuts down

It sounds like you have had some bad luck. If the motherboard was still return-able, I would probably do that. But since the post itself is over thirty days old, your only recourse at this point is to submit it for warranty repair/replacement to your motherboard manufacturer.
