Hi,

I'm gonna build a pc soon, and will use the aforementioned motherboard (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97mitxac)

I am also going to purchase an aftermarket air cooler (http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk010)

My question is: Considering that the wifi card is perpendicular to the motherboard, and by the looks it - quite close to the CPU socket, will the air cooler conflict with the wifi card? Just making sure so I don't screw up my plans! Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Ugh...

Take this however you want it.

I would not bother with an aftermerket cooler for a CPU on THIS motherboard.

See those lonely little VRMs? Those are going to be what's cooking, and the limiting factor for whatever you do here, well before you would ever need an aftermarket cooler.

That said, if I was going to put an aftermarket cooler on this board, it would be something low profile, like a Scythe Katana-style or one of those Fisher Price AIO CLCs.

Oops! My mistake! Mixed up Z97 and H97. I meant to say Z97M-ITX/AC!
