I'm planing to install a distro of the Ubuntu or the Debian on my Windows PC.
I'm just not sure about the drivers , the A88XM-E45 are really needed or do they have an official release version for a Linux system?

I'll be using the system for about a month , because i need to.

Thanks since.

Solution
All Linux drivers are built into the Kernel. This is sort of a double edged sword. On one hand it is easy to get latest drivers for all hardware: simply update kernel. On second hand very new hardware (that postdates kernel version) may not work at all until support is added to kernel.

I would start with Ubuntu 14.10 and hopefully everything will just work ok "out of the box", if not maybe try a newer kernel.
