Only 2 pieces of data are really relevanta s everything else is too small to worry about.... since it's not a X79/X79 build w/ big OC, only the GFX card is really relevant.
PSU requirements according to nVidia are the same for both the 760 and 760 Ti (500 for system and 1st card and 170 extra for each additional.

Though we do have some reserves calculated into our recommendation remember this; if you are going to overclock the GPUs or processor, then we do advise you purchase something with some more stamina.
I am surprised to see that you bought two 760 Tis as i thought this card was OEM only.

You can spend more money but it's not going to give you anything ... well maybe .... if i had a white case I'd be tempted get the new Seasonic snow edition .... so far only an 1150 watt model but damn perty and another perfect 10.0 Performance / 10.0 Build Quality rating from jionnyguru .... but that will let ya spend $250

Corsair RM/HX/AX line up seems to be reliable.
(always get full modular)
Depending on your wattages, SeaSonic, silverstone, corsair, and a very limited amount of fractal design PSU's are also great choice.
Corsair RM has issue....poor build quality (7.0) in the smaller sizes ... And poor caps in the larger

The HX series are very good ... at least the 650-850 watters, the 1000 and 1050 were dogs.
As for full modular, it's actually of no value unless you are resleeving the cables. Hybrid or semi modular is actually better as it reduces costs and potential failure points, lowers resistance and increases efficiency. The advantage of modularity is being able to leave unused cables in the box.... But there's no advantage to having a modular 24 pin cable as you can't build a OC w/o it. Hybrid / semi modular hard wires all absolutely necessary cables and leaves all the rest modular so no downside.
