my computer freezes up and a buzzing noise come out of the speaker when i play games

(sorry if this is in the wrong section i dont really know a lot about computers)

Well, ive had this computer for about a month and this has just started today. whenever i watch a video or play a game a buzzing kind of noise comes out of my speakers and my computer freezes up. its happening when im surfing the internet too. this has never happened before. i have no idea how to fix this and i need help.

Sine you've only had it a month, I'd try a factory reset back to the way you bought it. This way you can test to see if its software related. Afterwards, I would use same methods that caused freezes before with minimal updates(video drivers). If you still have problems being it a new OEM machine, I'd try to return it.

This worked for about a day but then it started to happen again. So you suggest bringing it back?

I would recommend it as it's nearly new. It's happening with a clean factory reset of the OS, so it's unlikely going to be software related. You could try some stress tests on components to test them individually, but again being so new, I would let BestBuy figure it out. Did you purchase in-store, or order from them online?

Sorry for such a late answer(ive been busy) anyways i figured out that it ended up being something wrong with my mouse and no wits all fixed! thanks for the help man
