Ok im slowly starting to lose my mind...so i plugged in my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy S3 which is full of bugs and works like an 100 years old phone and after some time (probably phone froze completly or something) Windows started to play device connect/disconnect popup sound on and on and on every few seconds and shows message USB device not recognized and stuff like that, EVEN WHEN NOTHING IS PLUGGED IN!!! He asks me to reconnect the device so he can fix the problem but i dont have that phone here...i tried everything, every posible solution i found on internet, and tried to disable/uninstall that device in every way i know....i even saw on few forums that i need to unplug my pc from the wall, nothing worked...now i disabled usb hubs in device manager so i can have some peace....i even plugged my own phone in the SAME PORT and it works fine with the anoying popup still going....does some1 have any idea how to fix this without reinstaling windows??? i have windows 8.1 btw
