Hello,

I've followed and read many different threads on here regarding this problem but I am unable to figure out what is causing mine. I recently (about 2 weeks ago) installed windows 7 on my brand new SSD and I constantly get periodic BSOD. I am unsure if its because of a faulty SSD or not. If it is, my last day to exchange it is the 16th. Hopefully I can figure out what's wrong before then. Prior to the SSD, I ran off of a HDD with no issues. I'm not quite sure how to read DMP files, if any one could that would be great!

I currently have a Samsung EVO 850 120 gb on a ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 with 8 gbs of DDR3 ram.

Most recent dmp file:
http://www.megafileupload.com/en/file/618397/031315-7628-01-dmp.html
(I'm not quite sure where to upload files; I usually use Google Drive. If you would like me to upload files else where let me know.)

You are just hitting a old bug in window 7 RTM build 7600, It was fixed 5 years ago you just need to apply windows 7 service pack 1 and updates.

you should also go to your motherboard vendor site and update some drivers:
ASMedia usb 3.0 driver is pretty old (2011)
I would remove or update \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\AsrAppCharger.sys Thu Jun 10 23:37:12 2010
these old versions tend to corrupt system memory. (driver used to bypass USB charging limits for apple devices)

this driver FNETURPX \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\FNETURPX.SYS Fri Oct 03 19:27:02 2008
is really old. FNet Turbo HDD USB Driver - Also part of AsRock XFastUSB package
maybe look here for a update:http://www.gotofnet.com/ANSI/link.php?filename=home/index.htm...

several other very old drivers, you should get a update from your motherboard vendor.

@johnbl
I just applied all the Windows 7 updates! Hopefully, this fixes the problem. I went ahead and also looked up the drivers from my mobo's website; however, it doesn't seem like they've been pushing any updates for this model of my mobo any more. The USB 3.0 driver I have is apparently the most recent update. If I remove this driver, would my USB 3.0 ports no longer read?

There was an update for the Turbo USB but I just went ahead and removed it instead.

looks like http://www.asmedia.com.tw/eng/e_products_list.php?item=83&cate_index=0
is the vendors chipset but they don't provide drivers to end users. maybe you can google asmthub3.sys and find driver update.

I've also tried scanning for corrupt files and none came back. No errors were found checking disk as well.

^referred to this

I have a feeling I should just re-install windows. But before I do, I just want to confirm, these BSOD aren't caused by the SSD it self correct? I just want to be able to exchange it if it is a faulty ssd.

the file still indicates that your have windows 7 rtm without the service pack installed.
Debug session time: Sat Mar 14 13:57:53.935 2015 (UTC - 7:00)

if you have a hacked version of windows, sometimes they block the updates.
maybe try something like this to get the service pack updates to install:
