Hello!
When i bought my gaming PC and installed a same version of Windows 8.1 like this i have right now , everything worked just fine , no high memory usage. I could play Dying Light without any fps drop at ultra settings. But now i got a HDD (Had a SSD only before) , so ive decided to reinstall windows. I put windows on my 120GB SSD just like i did before. So ive installed all programs i should use (just like i had before). So after a couple hours ive noticed a huge lag on my pc when doing almost nothing, so i was forced to restart a PC to get rid of the lag which comes back again after about half hour. Ive checked temps and theyre good. Then ive checked ram usage and it was very high when it lags. It was about 90% when doing nothing. I could not fix it. Ive tried to shut down every programs that was on, also to scan pc for possible viruses, NOTHING. Did not fix the problem. So ive decided to do a fresh install again.
This time i was carefull when installing programs. Did not installed programs i dont use to often. But this time ive got another antivirus, though maybe problem lies there. Had a avast activated and registered before, now i have a eset nod32. Well im playing dying light and guess what? Well fps drops whole the time! Pc using more than 90% of memory when playing dying light , about 97-98 %. So ive shuted down Dying light and PC still uses a lot of memory on idle , about 88%. Check out picture bellow if you can figure it out what causing this. Just to mention , pc do not lag when idle right now. But unable to play Dying Light whitout fps drop and pc using so high memory at idle drives me crazy!
Could you guys help me fix this? Sorry for my english
