Not really sure where to start for figuring out the problem, but quite a few people seem to think temperature and power are a good start. Problem is I don't know what is normal and couldnt find a guide for knowing that...So are there any places to find that kind of stuff out?

Here's my computer parts if this helps=http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8pJLK8

and these Hardware Monitor screenshots=http://artomos.webs.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=15835718

I have been playing some games and after a while they might crash. I thought it was just because of the games I was playing, but then my friend really wanted me to play CS:GO with him (against my will>...<) and I was crashing there as well. The crashes can happen within 2-3 minutes of playing a game anywhere to after an hour...
The first game this started happening on was Infestation: Survivor Stories. The game is kind of know for being not perfectly optimal....So I thought it was just normal...Then I felt like playing a game I used to play when i was younger called Railroad Tycoon 2 xD. That game is getting kinda old so I didn't think much of it...But that might still be the case as it kinda acts differently...(turns all pixely and I can't control-alt-delete or home button out of it and need to restart...) But then it started happening on CS:GO which was when I thought it was strange...

one of the crash solve for my cs:go updated audio drivers manually from Realtek website.another time i receive i get virus from friend via messages(as image it was wtf what is this and i click on image and then a lost my performance on all games so i did fresh Windows install and it solve my problem but the that image Windows transfer to OLD Windows so i jus deleted tha image ).then i read tread on toms hardware about that virus its was spread around friends list with auto type WTF was is this .
