How long and good will this gaming desktop setup perform?

I am building a gaming PC and I have chosen the following things. So I just wanted to ask how good is it and how long will it perform on 1080p?
Specifications of the build:
1.CPU:Intel 4th Gen Core i7 4790K @ 4.00 GHZ
2.GPU:EVGA GTX 980 4GB ACX 2.0 In SLI
3.Mother Board:MSI Z97 Gaming 9 ACK
4.RAM:Corsair Vengeance 16GB Dual Channel 1600 MHZ
5.HDD:WD 1TB 7200 RPM
6.SSD:256 GB SAMSUNG SAT III

This is all. I am hoping to get answers soon. Please suggest me if I need some improvement in my build. Thanks in advance :)

Should perform well for a good long time on 1080p. Should even be able to do 1440 if not 4k with 2 980s. Might eventually need to add another hard drive (1 Tb can fill up fast with modern games taking up 60 Gb) but there shouldn't be any issues doing that with the motherboard you have.
