My internet speed on my computer will max out at 40Mbs download i also used a different computer to check if the cable was at fault but on that computer i was getting 77Mbs download. Is this a hardware issue and i would need to replace the motherboard? Or would this be a software issue? Please help and any input is greatly appreciated.
