Getting a phenom II at this point is a complete waste of money. It's very old tech. So is the gtx 750. Might as well save up more money.. You will find yourself wanting more in less than a year.

For your specific needs, the 965 will be plenty, but to max highest settings 1600x900 a 750 is no enough.

r9 280 is a great budget card that handles ultra at 1080p for any games out there.

r9 270 is good enough to get max setting on 1600x900 for gta V, and is a great budget card that can run high/ultra (no post proccesing) settings 60fps 1080p on any game out there. (not 270x as they are identical chips with different clock speeds=money wasted)

Don't go with a dual core. It's way too weak. At least get an Intel quad core. Never heard of pareema ram. I have been in your position before.. building a low budget pc for gaming. It will make you regret it like I did.. I recommend saving up more money. This is not something you want to rush.

[strike][/strike]Scuse me? This dual core runs games in the same league as a stock i5/i3/i7. Only game not allowing it to show its potential right now is Dragon Age Inquisition, where developers are too lazy to move the heavy thread from core 3, to core 1/2.
