Will this be a good streaming capture card?

Hello, so I'm wanting to start streaming CSGO from my gaming PC, but I've come to the conclusion I need to get a streaming capture card and use my kickass gaming laptop as a "streaming PC" and play my games on my main PC and have my laptop do all the encoding and stuff that uses my CPU on my desktop and makes me drop massive frames.

I bought the elgato capture card, but had a lot of issues with getting it to work, and also with audio latency. I am wanting to look into another capture card, and I found one that looks good, but it's an avermedia pci card and I'm using a laptop, so I found what looks like the next best thing.

Will this card be able to be used with OBS, have webcam, not drop frames, and be used with a laptop? I am needing a card that can be used on a laptop, a laptop that I am using as a streaming PC next to my gaming PC, and that takes the load off my desktop's CPU so I don't drop crazy frames. Should this card work? Thank you.

PS: This is the card I thought looked the best, but required a desktop from what I can tell, and I only have a laptop to work with

LOL yes.... you could run 10 streams at 1080p.... you don't need to get such a beast CPU, but if it is indeed in ur budget, grab it and stream forever =D, you will be able to run 720p on SLOW preset 30+ fps with ZERO performance impact in game. Easy

seems like alot of wasted money and effort when you can just upgrade your cpu?

i use a i5-4670k running @ 4.6 and the LOW preset on encoding, and don't drop a frame ever, 300+ constantly.

You could find a second hand i5-3570k for around the same price as the capture card, if your mobo supports it and has ANY O/C features, that would be your best bet, you dont need to run on SLOW preset unless you got 0.8mbp/s upload like meee
