a disturbing error when i play some games please help me

hello i have a problem when i'm playing some games ex:saints row gat outta hell or sniper elite v2,becouse when i chenge graphics the monitor shows:input signal out of range change settings to 1280x1024-60hz on every resolution even 1280x1024-60hz or 800x600,i see the image behind that,i can play the game bit that error is sitting in the middle of the screen adn it's very disturbing i have i have a amd radeon hd 4870 or it is my monitor?? please help me resolve that :(

Check if your monitor has any drivers, color profiles or management softwares. Windows will just consider it a generic plug and play monitor otherwise, and some of them have might show these issues if considered as above.
If it does, install them and reboot.

Also, disable any override you may have applied from your graphics card's control panel.

in the print screen does not appear i think it's from the monitor but i don' know how to remove it:input signal out of range change settings to 1280x1024-60hz
