I am new to gaming and I want to don't know anything about both of them because I never played games before.
Why there is comment war going the youtube comments even on 30FPS console VS 60FPS PC when you don't see any performance difference in the graphic comparison videos?

Solution
You can't see fps differences in screenshots. Only graphics differences. You can clearly see the difference between 30fps and 60fps, even on a 60hz tv or monitor. Even more so on 120hz monitors.

Higher framerates, more consistent framerates, better resolutions, lower input lag, less display lag. PC gaming is superior in every single respect to console gaming. There is nothing a console can do that a PC can't, and thousands of things a PC can do that a console cannot.

I know all that advantages of PC(you forgot backward compatibility) have but I want to know about Higher framerates?
A PC can run games with 60 FPS while console only 30FPS but why in PC vs console graphic comparison videos there is not any difference in the framerate?

You probably don't see frame rate differences on the videos that you're watching because most YouTube videos aren't even recorded or uploaded at 60fps.

Look for 60fps videos of pc versions of some games, and then compare them to console videos. Some console games are 60fps like pc, but most likely at lower resolution and graphic settings.

Also, most console games at 60fps don't hold as steady a frame rate as a pc version would.

every video screen has a refresh rate that is limited. standard hdtvs are 60hz or 48hz. though many use internal processing tricks to get so called "120hz" or "240hz" or "600hz".... rest assured, they are still refreshing at 60hz a second. 'some' 3d hdtvs are actually capable of refreshing natively at 120hz, though not all.

120hz and 144hz computer monitors are readily available. if you have the graphical horsepower, you can play battlefield 4 and see 120/144 frames per second. the graphics card can and will push out more than 60hz/60fps or 120hz/120fps... but the extra frames just get skipped.

Can your PC play 60 fps on Youtube? One thing is that your PC might not be able to handle it. Another thought is that Youtube videos are heavily compressed and can't show details in clarity, hence why there is barely any different in graphical comparisons on Youtube's PC vs console comparisons. They are utterly useless.

Perhaps you're looking at the wrong metric to compare by...

Its the resolution and depth of colour that makes the PC so much better - no comparison really - well, not yet, but they're trying! - Frame rate is Frame rate - you could have a PC putting out 120FPS, but if the monitor/TV screen only refreshes at 60Hz, then 60FPS is all you'll ever see.
