I tried disabling and removing then installing via legacy software, i am using windows 7 by the way, i tried downloading the driver, i tried repairing it, none of these methods worked stil see the yellow icon next to the adapter icon in devicemgr, also i wasnt aware of this program till avg program told me about it now my computer's game is not to the best performan ce i have seen i dont know if its the games new patch, other then that other programs like chrome, winamp, all work properly without a lag issue let me know your answer please!

99% of Windows users don't need (and will never need) the Teredo Tunnelling Adapter. In 20 years of using and fixing computers for people I have never seen anyone who needed that device. Disabling it in Device Manager should suppress the error icon, so try again may be you didn't do it right.
Right-click >> Disable (Do not choose "uninstall" because Windows will simply reinstall it when it restarts) .
When you've disabled it, restart Windows.
