psu question! power connector

hello guys i waned to ask my psu is 550w and i want to see if im sure to upgrade it i wanted to ask if i could put a second 6 pin connector to the psu is that possible? cause i only have one 6 pin connector!

Whats the make and model of the PSU and what do you plan on powering with it? Usually the lack of ports is a good sign it needs replaced.

So its probably a relabeled generic pile, that should be replaced. You might be able to use an adapter but if the wires can't handle the load it could cause a fire and/or melt them and cause a system killing short.

I wouldn't, the VS series is one of Corsairs worst units. The VS and CX should be avoided. Look for something from Antec, Seasonic, Superflower, or XFX.

That should be a decent unit. That site also list a 550w XFX which is a good option aswell
