Hi, I have a big problem.
I want to install OS X Yosemite on my computer, but before doing anything i need to change my SATA mode to AHCI from IDE. The problem is, that in my BIOS, I can't find an option to change it. Only setting that has SATA in name of it is: SATA Controller, and here i can rather select Enabled or Disabled. I tried to change registry to be compatible with AHCI, with Microsoft Fix-It and then booting computer selecting Disabled SATA Controller, but it wasn't working. Also reinstalling the system won't be a problem for me, because I just installed it 2 days ago.
System: Windows 7 Ultimate
Computer Model: Compaq 5008 MT
Motherboard: FOXCONN 2A8Ch
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc.
BIOS Version: 5.09 (11/27/2009)
