I'm booting from a Windows 7 disc to setup Windows 7. The SSD is inside the laptop, plugged in appropriately as the BIOS recognizes it.
However, when entering the Windows 7 setup, the setup boots up properly, but can't find the SSD. The disc that came with the Samsung 850 EVO does not have any drivers to set up the SSD, and it also did not come with any cables to link the SSD externally to the computer.
Also, my nearest stores don't have any cables in stock that CAN connect this SSD to the computer, so I'd have to order online, which is what I'm avoiding since I already had to wait for this SSD to arrive.
So my question is, where the crap are the drivers for Samsung SSDs that would allow this SSD to be identified through Windows setup?
