I plan to build gaming pc, which are better?

Amd a10 7850k or fx 6300 with same graphic card: asus r9 270

and, can I get 60fps on Battlefield 4 High settings@1080p

Or please recommend me a good spec for that game.

APU's like the A10 7850k are only useful for people not being able to afford graphics cards. The A10 7850k simply uses the Athlon x4 860k CPU. The FX-6300 is better than the x4 860k.

60 FPS with FX-6300 and R9 270 will be very difficult. You would need a R9 280 or GTX 960 for that.

For Battlefield 4, the Pentium G3258 with a little overclock is very good. Pair that with a GTX 960 and you'll have flawless performance.
