Hi,
I am wondering what is likely the best computer I can either buy or build for under $400. I will be using this computer primarily to run a web crawler and/or software for social media that handles upwards of 300 accounts somewhat simutaneously.
Absent RAM that can be upgraded cheaply; I imagine processing power is most important. Never built a PC before, so I'd rather buy a complete package if it they were similar performance-dollar wise.
I am Canadian as well. So I'd have to order from somewhere like newegg.ca or other candian companies.
