Hello, I built my own computer about a year ago and the specs are below. About a month after I started using the computer it would freeze on boot up at the Gigabyte screen (before the windows screen). I checked the motherboard for error codes and every time it freezes it shows 99. I am able to restart using the button on the case and it then boots up fine every time. I scoured the web and the only thing I can find is a USB 3.0 error that may be causing it but I have updated all drivers related to USB and no luck. The reason I bring it up now is because it only happened every once in a while however now it seems to be almost every time I boot up the computer. Can anyone help me find the cause of this error?

Only Difference is I upgraded the GPU from GTX 670 to a GTX 970 (error happened before and after this change so its not the card im sure of that)
