Hello! I am wondering if I can use a GTX 570 with my GTX 680 as a PhysX card. Would it work? Would it help increase 3D Render time?

Physx is used in games, not rendering. It depends if the renderer supports multi gpu. Some gpu renderers do not require sli, meaning setups like yours with different cards could use both.
