Weird noise coming from headphones

I just have bought a new pc and when I plug in my headphones I get a noise somewhat similar to
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I can hear everything (games, youtube) expect they're really Really loud.

Specs if they can help.
Nvidia GTX 770
Intel Core i7-4770k
16gb ram
gigabyte sniper 5

If you have on-board audio, it could be interference. If everything is really loud, your volume may be too high and you're hearing the less desirable SNR of on-board audio. Or it's your cell phone (T-Mobile bands tend to interfere with speakers more). Try shutting that off.

dodge make sure you have the newest intel chipset drivers and the newest realteck audio drivers from realteck. if your pc has wifi card or bluetooth speakers make sure the headphones not near them and is picking up crosstalk. try the from case audio plug see if the sound is out of there too. on the rear port make sure your in the right port. if you have a microphone check to see if it on or mutted. make be picking up feedback from it.
