For DayZ and Arma 3 I wouldn't suggest that build, They are notoriously CPU intensive.

Honestly, go with an I7. Games like arma 2/3 and Dayz use a shitload of CPU memory. it's going to be something that will pay off in the long run rather than regretting every single thing you put into your system because a game didn't run the way you wanted it to.
 


His budget won't allow it. An i7 is almost half his budget. If anything, go with Archgaull's build instead. A solid build with a better CPU.
