i have a i3-2130 @ 3.40ghz

and

nividia 560

i can run css fine but not csgo ..

i dont recall csgo being real demanding, but surely a better gpu would help, ur current setup seems good enough to be hitting 60fps on high at least i think. Do u you have multi core rendering turned on?

Normally the gpu is more important for gaming so thats what im going with, you have a decent cpu with HT at a good clock speed, so i find no problem with it

Hi, your set-up seems capable enough. What are your settings and screen resolution in game? have the fps improved when lowering graphics settings?
an i7 is a bit overkill for gaming since you will notice very little or no difference at all with an i5. if you decide to upgrade cpu i recomend you the i5 4690k is great for gaming, your 560 should be enough to play csgo maybe your ress is a bit high are you playing on 1080? if you go for a gpu replacement check out 960 it came out recently don't know the specs but should be good enough to max csgo at 1080 as i can with a 660ti running the game at 1080 with 120-200 fps i capped them at 130.
