Im going to have a PC upgrade to a AMD FX6350 and a Asus m5a78l-m lx v2 mobo and I would be keeping a gt730 and a 4gb ram. Its a upgrade from a Acer m1930 if I'm not wrong it uses a 250w PSU is that sufficient or I should get a new power supply with better ratings?

I would recommend it. 250w is probably what you will use, so you will want a 450w. Get at least an 80+ Bronze rating too, they are quite cheap now, but don't buy a brand that only started making them 6 months ago.

If we're going with 450W, I'd recommend the Antec VP-450. Good quality, and quite affordable. Bear in mind this unit is a bit limited, so you won't be able to add high end cards to this system, but it will work just fine with entry level graphics cards.
